Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item has a manufacturing defect, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.

2. Personalized/Customized Jerseys

Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or specific patches are made uniquely for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products unless there is a significant quality error on our part.

3. Sizing Issues (Satisfaction Guarantee)

If your jersey doesn't fit correctly:

  • Contact our support team with clear photos of the jersey being worn, plus your height and weight info.
  • Once verified, you don't need to return the original! You can choose our $15 USD Reshipment Service: Pay a flat fee of $15 (plus customization costs), and we will ship you a brand new jersey in the correct size.

4. Jersey Care Notice

To preserve the quality of heat-pressed prints, we recommend hand washing only. Damage caused by machine washing or high-heat drying is not covered under our warranty.
