At GoalKits Store, we are football fans just like you. We understand the excitement of waiting for a new kit, and we strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Worldwide Shipping

We offer tracked international shipping to most countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the European Union.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days (Customized jerseys with names/numbers may require an additional 2 days).
• Estimated Shipping Time: 12-25 business days for standard delivery.

Please note: During peak seasons (World Cup, Euro Cup, Christmas) or due to customs inspections, some delays may occur.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

GoalKits Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
